Terms Of Service

Please read through the entirety of my terms of service before attempting to do any business with me. There is a code located in this page to prove that you have read it. Failure to provide the code may cause you to be ignored. I have unfortunately run into issues with people not reading my TOS which then made it complicated for me to deal with them. By commissioning me, you accept all of these terms and conditions and will be referenced and possibly blacklisted if you break one

All products are finished besides additional shading and background and I do not offer anything else.
Payment is first through PayPal and prices are in USD only.
I have the right to refuse or cancel a commission without specifying why. If cancelled, you will still be sent the art but no alterations will be made.
I can take commissions of original characters, fanworks or headcanon fanworks!
Payment is first before I start working, and you must provide a clear reference of your character that fully shows the unshaded view of what you're asking for. The pending time on payment will not be more than 24-48 hours and will be cancelled if your time limit is up. You will not be blacklisted for this and can attempt to commission again, but if it is missed a second time in a row I will no longer accept it.
I DO NOT TAKE CHARACTER DESCRIPTIONS AND WILL CHARGE MORE IF I HAVE TO DESIGN OR REDESIGN YOUR CHARACTER.
Refunds depend on the progress of the commission. If there is a sale/event the refund will be based on the amount you paid and not the amount on the original sheet. If you request a refund, the commission will be given to you as well as the money for the steps I haven’t finished yet, though a sketch will NOT be sent.
I will provide typed out information on ref sheets as well as simple colour or basic shape backgrounds for free. If you fail to tell me what kind of background you would like or the information, the image will be sent as transparent or without information.
Commissions should not take over a month at a time, but I will let you know if something comes up and I cannot complete it.
You must approve the sketch! Afterward, the pose or major details will not be changed or added.
You are not allowed to make a profit off of my art nor remove my signature and/or add your own. If you use your commission for edits it should be personal use only. You may credit me when reposting with @naranchans on all platforms or as Nara. If someone is inquiring, you can give them my account!
Chargebacks will have you both watchlisted and blacklisted. You will never be able to contact me again if you do this and others will be warned.
You may have a general discussion with me while I work on your commission, but do not ask me any questions that are prying or that you are unsure if they are right to say. If I am doing a NSFW commission with you, this does not invite you to ask me NSFW questions about myself, and if you begin to do so or make me uncomfortable, you will be strictly asked to stop immediately. If you break this rule again after I request for you to stop, your commission will be cancelled entirely.
You may commission me multiple times or ask for more than one commission. If you have already sent the code (which is any form of a peach, emojis count too) you do not need to send it again unless I notify that my TOS has changed.

Multiple commissions will give you deals! Ordering two pieces will get you one half price, and ordering three will get you one at a third of the price. For example, two headshots would cost $22 instead of $30, and three would cost $35 instead of $45!This is currently the only deal available, but more may be available during holidays and such. Thank you!
